Freight
Billing
Freight-Link
Freight Billing/Revenue Analysis:
- Allows for entry of orders very quickly
and easily through "standing
orders" and shippers’ commonly moved
commodities. Rating can be done on-line and
many Revenue Analysis Reports are available
as well.
- If you do LTL, you can enter Advance
and/or Beyond Carriers, split the revenue
manually, by percentage, or by the D83.
Cartage Agents can also be used and tracked
in the system. Additionally, SMC Tariff
Bureau Rating can be used to rate your
bills.
- For Brokers and Freight Forwarders, you
can track up to 10 payables per order. Cost
Auditing is also provided for the invoices
received against each pro or manifest.
Automatic
Rating:
- Set up your own rates by zip code,
mileage, states, zones or city names, with
different rates by weight group and
commodity class. It also gives you the
ability to set up discounts for individual
customers based upon any number of
variables, including destinations, weight
breaks and pre-paid vs. collect shipments.
LTL Tariffs Bureau Rating can also be
provided.
Manifesting:
- Used in conjunction with our Freight
Billing system, this module provides the
ability for manifesting of pros for line
haul shipments. The manifest can be printed
showing shipper, consignee, destination,
weight, pieces and revenue as options for
each pro on the manifest.
Driver
Settlement:
- Allows automatic payment to both company
drivers and owner operators on a trip basis
by the criteria set up in each individual
driver’s file, i.e., by mile, hour or
percent of revenue. Driver pay tariffs can
also be used for more complex driver pay
environments. Magnetic Media allows for 1099
reporting for your owner operators.
