The Client Side

Window
If
you are not hosting a meeting, then sit
back a relax, because the only control you
have is Chat mode. You will see a box like the one on the right.
The icons on the top are the
options that you can run.
In this case the only option is
Keyboard chat.
The Host can switch the controls to
you.

The
top, large box in the keyboard chat window
is a history of the messages sent between
the meeting members. The small box in the middle is where you’d type your
messages.
One you can happy with your
message, you can hit he Send button to
send it to the other members.
The Public messages switch adds
your message to the public messages, which
means that contacts that join the meeting
after you send your message can scroll
through the file and see your message.
The phrase file is a text file
where you can add common phrases and then
cut and paste them to the dialogue box. |
