Hosting a Meeting

The hosting can transfer control of the meeting to you, which will allow you to have considerably more option.

	Opens the View Port. The Viewport you open is what will be seen by all the users attending your WebDemo session.
	Opens Keyboard Chat window.
	Initiates Voice Chat.
	Opens a new browser window.
	Displays the Record and Playback console.
	Opens a File Broadcast window.
	Click the EXIT button to close all open control windows and control console.

Note… Once a control window (Viewport, User List, Keyboard Chat, Voice Chat or Open New Browser) is open, the proper way to end or close a control window by clicking the close button (x) in the corner of that control window or on the EXIT button. As the HOST of a WebDemo session the WebDemo Control Console appears on your desktop with the following controls:

The box shows you everyone who is attending the meeting and their option should you switch control to them.
