• Adding information into your system on the fly, such as Customers, Drivers and Vendors.
• Bringing up your Mileage System to look up miles for a customer.
• Trace a shipment for a customer.
• Pull up an image for viewing or printing if Imaging is installed.
• Fax an image, memo or printout to a customer.
• Go directly to your Mobile Communications software like PeopleNet or Qualcomm.
• Give/Look Up a Rate Quote.
• Print/Fax a Rate Quote.
• Issue a Driver Advance.
• Look up a city name or zip code.
• Use a calculator.
• Enter/look up notes.
• Ability to control which employees can use what Global Hot Keys is set up by the Menu System Security.

All of this can be done without having to quit what you were working on in the first place!

Menu System Security

Our Menu System comes complete with the ability to limit employee access to options of your choice. Below are some features of the Menu System.

• Users can view only those options you want them to see.
• Set up individual users or groups of users (e.g. a dispatcher group, billing group, accounting group).
• Provides a high level of data security and management comfort.
• Keeps your employees focused on their jobs.

Valid Cities and Zips

Included in the system is the ability for us to help validate your data entry automatically. This will help you keep your data clean for Dispatch, Billing, Rating, Employee files, etc.

• If the City and State fields on a screen are entered, the system can fill in the preferred Zip automatically for you.
• If you have a Zip, the system will fill in the City and State.
• Look up a valid city name by typing part of the name to start the inquiry.
• Use in Dispatch to get accurate locations for running mileage and calculating ETA.
