Desktop Viewport

 The main benefit of WebDemo is the Desktop Viewport. This allows other meeting members to view what is going on.  When you click on the icon you will see a box with dotted lines appear on your screen.  What is inside this box is what the other meeting clients can see.  If you right click on the 400x 400 box you will get another menu that will allow you to select the full screen.  If you take the full screen, you lose the toolbar at the bottom of the window.  A better way maybe to drag and drop the bottom right corner of the window into the bottom right corner of your screen.  That way you allow the clients to see your screen and you still have the toolbar.  Remember to minimize your WebDemo session window because it is visible to the clients.  At this point you are ready to give your demonstration.  Each window that you open and close will be seen by your clients. 

Desktop Viewport Toolbar

The toolbar at the bottom of the desktop viewport has some good options.

1. Sets the mouse cursor to the traditional pointer.

2. Gives you a pen that you can write on the screen with.

3. Leaves an arrow on the screen along with a number that increments by one. 

4. Erases all your notations.

5. Screen Size.
