• Nine support people to serve you - five of them with more than 8 years of CSC experience each. This means that you are trained and supported by people who know the Transportation Industry and our software.
• Six programmers to serve you - four of them with more than 12 years of CSC experience each.
• We cannot emphasize this enough. At the heart of your software purchase, is the support for your personnel. We at Creative are very proud of our Training and Support staff. Your support starts immediately as we train you step-by-step in your new, all-important investment.
• That support then continues through unlimited phone call support, remote modem dial-in support, monthly fax Communiqués and quarterly newsletters. We look forward to long, mutually beneficial business relationships with all of our customers.
• We also have an annual Users’ Group Conference. The purpose of this event is to hear your evaluation of our Customer Support and to obtain your suggestions for the future development of the Freight-Link software.

It is easy to learn and use

• We pattern all of our software modules after one another, so they operate in the same way
• The daily operation of each module is basically the same.
• Standard bitmap and function keys are used throughout the system.
• Suggested run procedures are given in each module's documentation.
• Windows are used to do inquiries and other tasks, while you are in the process of doing something else.

• Your needs are different. That is why we provide you with the ability to purchase just those modules that you currently need.
• As your company grows and your needs change, we support you with a full complement of modules to help you manage your company and provide better service to your customers.
• Furthermore, each Freight-Link module comes with built-in flexibility. This enables our system to fit your needs as opposed to you fitting the system’s needs.

• We provide adjustable menus by user so that each user (or groups of users) will only see those menu options that you want them to see. This eliminates the need to remember passwords and the temptation to select options that you do not want users to even try.
• Additionally, you can regulate the functions under the options such as allowing access to the delete function.

• Purchasing a system that is not updated to newer, better ways of handling operations makes your computer system stagnant and quickly obsolete. We at Creative Systems feel that your computer system should be enhanced continually to keep you up-to-date with your customers and competitors.
• Our Programming Staff keeps abreast of government and industry changes as they occur. But, almost all of our enhancement time is spent working on user-generated ideas.
